Was VERY nervous when I went in. However the entire staff made me feel comfortable, reassured me everything would be fine. The hygienist was wonderful. Made me feel at ease while she worked on me. I hadn’t been to a dentist since I was a child. Dr. Yates came in, and went over my x-rays. Told me I had nothing to worry about. My teeth were fine. Was very nice, and told me to keep doing what I was doing. She also plays the best music while she works!!

My mom and I just stared with Elite Dental (our previous provider retired). Our first appointments went wonderfully! The staff was professional, attentive, and very understanding. The X-ray technicians were kind and patient, and did a terrific job. The hygienist, Maria, made sure to explain each step before she did anything (very reassuring), and Dr. Yates was wonderful–she reviewed my x-rays with me and explained what needed to be watched and what didn’t. Mom’s review is the same as mine, and we would definitely recommend them!

Dr. Is not patient oriented, no bed side manner, not even hello or good morning. The dental assistant was very nice, understanding and helpful. They did a good job with my teeth. How ever the texts and the phone call 2 days before and the day before your appointment is borderline harassment. If I’m not go to make my appointment I’d call them. No one wants to receive that many texts and call. The hen to have them say if I don’t answer there going to cancel my appointment. It’s just frustrating to me especially when going to the dentist for some cause anxiety as it is

I was told that the appointment was to take out all my upper teeth, and I was having severe anxiety about it. But they removed two bottom teeth instead, and told me the appointment was for 15 minutes only and that’s all they can do. So now I have to wait another three weeks and my mouth got infected and was very painful where they pulled the teeth.

I went in for 2 fillings & the dentist seemed very rushed. He started working before the Novocain started to work & asked if I could tolerate the pain. I guess it took longer than expected because he said he didn’t have time to do the second one so I would have to reschedule that one. They can’t do it until October!!! Hygienist was great!

I’m glad I discovered this dental practice. I needed a lot of work, extraction-cavities-crowns, and I was always very pleased by the quiet and friendly competence of Dr. Raminder Singh and his excellent staff. I’m also very impressed by how punctual they are. I showed up on time, and I never had to wait more than a few minutes, if that, to be seen. I highly recommend Dr. Singh.

Today was my first visit with Elite Dental and I went in for a cleaning. When I arrived the receptionists were very friendly, then I had x-rays and the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. When I met my Hygienist she was thorough and talked through what she was doing each step of the way! I am very pleased with my experience with Elite Dental
